In line with the easing of lockdown restrictions on the 19th of July 2021, we want to reassure our customers that Smart & Secure will still be taking precautions to limit the spread of coronavirus. With the current infection rates still being high across the country, we do not feel now is the right time for our engineers to be taking fewer precautions than we have done previously. As such our engineers and advisors will still be following the below guidance until the infection rates reduce across our region:
- All staff to hand sanitise before and after each customer visit.
- Wear protective face masks whilst working in close proximity to customers.
- All staff to regularly hand wash for 20 seconds at regular intervals where possible during the day.
To reassure our customers further we’re happy to report that all our customer-facing staff are either fully vaccinated or have had their first vaccine dose already, and all staff members will be fully double vaccinated by mid-August.
In light of this if you’re due a visit from one of our advisors or engineers we would appreciate it if you could let us know if you or anyone in your household is currently under self-isolation or is experiencing any of the known symptoms if so we can reschedule your visit until after you’ve cleared the self-isolation period.
